Payment

Payment in full must be made in Australian dollars to confirm your purchase. All prices are listed inclusive of GST.

Payment is available using the method displayed in our checkout and includes credit card payment. We use trusted third-party payment processors and do not keep your payment details. When you agree to make payments by direct debit, you agree to our direct debit terms.

You agree to pay any applicable surcharges we incur based on your method of payment, including dishonour fees if applicable (for example if you elect to pay by monthly instalments and a dishonour fee is charged to us for a failed attempted payment).

Interest will be charged on any overdue payment, accruing daily from the date when payment becomes due, until the date of payment, at a rate of 8% per annum (compounding monthly).

You agree to pay any costs and disbursements incurred by us in pursuing any outstanding debt, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis and collection agency costs.

 

Payment by installments

We may provide the option to purchase by instalments instead of up-front payment. When you chose an instalment payment option, you are still agreeing to pay the whole of the purchase price and must not cancel payments until the whole of the purchase price has been paid.

When paying by instalment, if any two of instalment payments are not made on time, then the whole amount of the purchase price immediately becomes due and payable by you.

If your circumstances change and you can no longer use the product, there will be no partial refunds.

 

Subscriptions payments

Subscription payments are made in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access to our products or services until the end of your then current subscription period. Your access will end at the end of the subscription period.

Please allow at least two business days before the end of a subscription period to allow for the processing of your cancellation and to avoid disappointment.

 

Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns will be made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the digital nature and immediate access to our products, we do not offer refunds for purchase of our digital products.  You will retain access to your purchased content for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if -

  • you change your mind or
  • you don’t use the product or don’t use all of the product or
  • you are unable to download any part of the product due to technical issues within your control.

Please keep your proof of purchase—eg. your receipt or order number.

You can choose a refund or exchange if a product has a major problem. This is when the product can’t be easily fixed and -

  • has a problem (within our control) that would have stopped someone from buying the product if they had known about it
  • is significantly different from the sample or description.

If the problem is not major, it is our decision whether we provide a replacement or refund.

 

To notify us of a fault

Within 3 days of the date of purchase, you must tell us about the fault and include the following information –

  • date of purchase and receipt or order number
  • product purchased
  • problem with the product

Where the faulty product was purchased as part of a pack or multi-product order, we will only provide a replacement or refund of the then advertised price of the faulty product, and not the whole pack or order.
